PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce high frequency signal transmission loss by decreasing the number of components of a switching circuit, connected in series in signal paths and to prevent an undesired high frequency signal from leaking. SOLUTION: This high frequency signal switching circuit is provided with a 1st signal path 1, through which a 1st high frequency signal is supplied, a 2nd signal path 2 through which a 2nd high frequency signal is supplied, a high frequency relay 31 to selectively connect the 1st signal path 1 or the 2nd signal path 2 to a common signal path 4 and a switching circuit 3, that is operated in interlocking with the high frequency relay 31. The switching circuit 3 has a 1st transistor(TR) 32, that is connected to the 1st signal path 1 through a 1st matching resistor 13 and a 2nd TR 33 that is connected to the 2nd signal path 2 through a 2nd matching resistor 23. The switching circuit 3 throws the high frequency relay 31 to a position of the 1st signal path 1, when a switching signal takes one polarity to make the 2nd TR 33 conductive, thereby connecting the 2nd matching resistor 23 to the 2nd signal path 2 and throws the high frequency relay 31 to a position of the 2nd signal path 2, when the switching signal takes the other polarity to make the 1st TR 32 conductive, thereby connecting the 1st matching resistor 13 to the 1st signal path 1.
