PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator for refrigerating apparatus in which generation of noises is suppressed while facilitating manufacture. SOLUTION: The accumulator has a refrigerant inlet 2 provided at an upper part of a tubular enclosed container 1 and comprises a refrigerant outlet pipe 3 piercing the enclosed container 1 from below and reaching immediately below a filter body 8 disposed at an upper part in the enclosed container 1. A hollow tubular baffle 9 having a plurality of conduction holes 10 in the outer circumference is disposed between the refrigerant outlet pipe 3 and the enclosed container 1 while surrounding the refrigerant outlet pipe 3.
