<p>A double scroll type turbine housing (15) for a turbocharged internal combustion engine is provided. The multi-cylinder internal combustion engine comprises at least two engine cylinders and at least two corresponding gas turbine passages (13, 14) of different cross-sectional diameters, and a recirculation path for exhaust gases from the internal combustion engine, which path is connected to the turbine gas passage with the smaller cross-sectional diameter, so that about 20 % - 30 % of the flow of gas from one engine cylinder bank is directed to the recirculation path and the exhaust gas recirculation of the arrangement will be 10 % - 15 % of the total engine flow.</p> |
