The invention concerns alpha, beta or gamma cyclodextrin derivatives, monosubstituted to persubstituted on the primary and/or secondary hydroxyl groups by one or several identical or different fluoroalkyl groups. The invention also concerns nanoparticles consisting of said cyclodextrin derivatives, their preparation and their use for vectoring or transporting active substances.
