The invention relates to a bio-catalyst, to the method of preparing it, to thereof the use. The method comprises the following steps: culturing and fermenting photosynthetic bacterium; hydrolyzing it to phosphorylation; hydrolyzing it to ammonia hydroxide; concentrating by decompression on vacuum; crystallizing by refrigeration. The bio-catalyst is the crystal from adenosine triphosphate to adenosine octaphosphate. As catalyst for photosynthesis, it can be sprayed on the leaf of plant so as to shorten the growth period of crop and improve the yield.
