The invention relates to a recording paper (I) comprising at least two of the following security features (1), (2), (4) and (5), or (II) comprising at least one of the following security features (2), (4), and (5) and at least one of the following security features (1) and (3): (1) a water-insoluble dye (A) which is incorporated into the paper and which bleeds when placed in contact, for example, with an organic solvent; (2) a dye (B) which is applied to the rear side and which becomes fluorescent in daylight when brought into contact with an alkaline substance; (3) a watermark (4) is incorporated into the paper or printed thereon; (4) cellulose which is placed in the paper, is imbued with a dye (C) and/or is treated with an optical brightening agent, and which becomes fluorescent when exposed to UV radiation, and; (5) a layer applied to the rear side, which comprises acceptors and encapsulated microcapsules containing color formers, whereby the color formers enter into a color forming reaction with the acceptors by means of pressure.
