Electric motor (1) and IC engine (2) functioning as power source, are coupled to running wheel through a common power transmittance group (3). Buffer clutch (5) in group (3) adjusts power. During deceleration operation, rotation of driving wheel drives the motor, performing regeneration of power. Clutch controller (18) maintains the clutch in half clutch condition, in deceleration operation period.
