The present invention relates to a laser having a high stability of misalignment-resistance and an improved quality of light beam, characterized in that a right-angled circular cone prism is used as a total reflector for a resonance cavity, and it is in company with a partial reflector, which is plated on an end surface of the solid laser stick, so that a resonance cavity is obtained free from alignment. This resonance cavity has simple structure and is handled easily, once it has been assembled, the laser can output laser beam without alignment. It has strong ability of misalignment-resistance, high stability, improved quality of light beam. Said circular cone prism is manufactured from optical glass, quartz glass, ruby or sapphire crystal, calcium fluoride, or tin-zinc etc. This invention can be extensively used in the military, industrial processing, medical and scientific research fields.
