Replacing of form tool and of material pallet on vacuum forming machine uses dual function service trolley for both operations

A vacuum forming machine (10) is loaded with material sheets from a stack (12) on a pallet by a loading machine (11). When the pallet is empty a service trolley (15) can be moved into position to replace it with a full pallet (18). To change the from tool (14), the same service trolley (15) is moved to first accept the old tool on the support table (16) and then replace it with a new tool (19). An Independent claim is also included for a service trolley (15) with two adjustable support tables (16,17) that can be moved into the three positions required for material replacement and tool exchange.
