<p>Powered interactive end-user display apparatuses, for instance, (12A and 14A) and methods related to remote physical interaction with living beings. For example, child's (12) teddy bear's (12A) arms (3) deliver dad's (14) hugs to the child, transmitted from dad's bear's (14A) input transducer (2) via communication connection point (20b). The child may also send hugs to her dad by hugging her bear's chest, thereby activating the bear's transducer and transmitter. The apparatuses transceive via local connection points (20b) or in local settings, directly to each other. The operations of the powered displays are preferably controlled and coordinated while persons communicate via other media, such as voice or audiovisually. Communication system (20a) connects remote persons using various appropriate interactive devices. Central service operations may control one or plurality of remote powered physical displays delivering various forms of energy for various purposes. The invention may take different forms, be applied to various applications, and be integrated into other devices.</p> |
