PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrifying device which electrifies a body to be electrified uniformly without generating ozone at no contact, and solves a problem of deterioration of the body to be electrified due to aging by preventing the body to be electrified from being irradiated with electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: The electrifying device is provided with at least more than one electromagnetic wave radiating device 1 from which the electromagnetic wave is radiated to a space above the body to be electrified 2, a radiating direction control means 4a controlling a radiating direction of the electromagnetic wave from the electromagnetic wave radiating device 1 and an electric field control part 6 (and a grid 3) to conduct ion that is generated by the electromagnetic wave radiated from the electromagnetic radiating device 1 to be body to be electrified 2 and it is constituted so that the body to be electrified 2 is electrified by not having the body to be electrified 2 irradiated with the electromagnetic wave by the radiation direction control member 4a and conducting the ion to the body to be electrified 2 by the electric field control part 6. Thus, the body to be electrified is prevented from being irradiated with electromagnetic wave and the body to be electrified is uniformly electrified.
