<p>The invention concerns a tape whereof the yarn count of the longitudinal yarns (3) per unit of width of the woven support is less than the yarn count of the transverse yarns (4) per unit of length and not more than 2500 dtex/cm, the longitudinal threads being held in place in the transverse direction by the adhesive. The tape has a tear strength less than 10 N. The invention is useful for strapping cable bundles in the manufacture of motor vehicles.</p> |
