An electrically controllable tumbler device for a door and/or a window with a wing, preferably a rotating wing, which can be opened and closed, is described. It has an electrically controllable locking device and a locking device having preferably a lock latch which in the closed position of the doors or window works together with the electrically controllable locking device. The electrically controllable locking device has a key bolt device, preferably a door- opening latch and an electrical operating device. The latter has an electrically controllable release element for the blocking and releasing of the key bolt device. The electrical operating device (2) has a microprocessor control device which, by corresponding programming of the microprocessor control device has at least one or more different program cycles for the control of the electrically controllable locking device 93) and/or one or more different time cycles for the control of the electrically controllable locking device.
