<p>PURPOSE: A process of preparing a chip molded product by grinding scraps of automobile sheets or other plastic waste, mixing polyurethane sponge and polyurethane foams and then molding is provided which reduces pollution by reusing resources and the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: Polyurethane resin scraps such as automobile sheets, insulator or the like are ground to a chip shape having a diameter of 3 to 10mm. A mixture of 5 to 20% by weight of cloth, 40 to 60% by weight of polyurethane sponge having a density of 0.018 to 0.020g/cm¬2 and 5 to 15% by weight of polyurethane foam having a density of 0.035 to 0.045g/cm¬2 and 10 to 30% by weight of a polyurethane adhesive is mixed and molded at high temperature and high pressure.</p> |
