<p>The invention relates to a transmission housing (10) for receiving at least one connecting rod and/or a sliding band and for receiving the gear members driving the latter, which is mounted in a groove (14) located in a longitudinal beam (30) of a window or door in which at least one connecting rod and/or sliding band actuating a closure is located, whereby the transmission housing (10) has a bearing surface (17) supported on the base (16) of the groove and at least one fixing means (18) disposed in the transmission housing (10) for fixing said transmission housing (10) in the groove (14), whereby at least one guide support (20) is disposed in the transmission housing (10) which cooperates with the connecting rod (11) and/or sliding band (12) to prevent buckling and in which at least one theoretical breaking point (21) is provided for the purpose of separating the guide support (20) from the transmission housing (10).</p> |
