The clamp for parallel and angled components has a pair of clamping pads (44,48) for parallel components and a pair of clamping pads (42,46) for angled workpieces. Both pairs of clamping pads are at an angle to each other of pref. 90 deg or 180 deg , around the longitudinal axis of the clamp. Both pairs of clamping pads (42,46;44,48) are on rotary mountings, with at least one guide rod to keep them parallel.
