POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION

A resin composition which comprises (A) 1 to 30 wt.% of a core-shell type graft copolymer having a mean particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 mu m and composed of (i) 40 to 85 parts by weight of cores produced by growing rubber particles having a mean particle diameter of 0.1 mu m or below and obtained by polymerizing 30 to 100 wt.% of butadiene with 70 to 0 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl or an aromatic (meth)acrylate, 10 to 0 wt.% of a vinyl monomer copolymerizable with such monomers, and 5 to 0 wt.% of a crosslinking monomer and (ii) 15 to 60 parts by weight of shells produced by polymerizing 30 to 100 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl with 70 to 0 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate and 0 to 20 wt.% of a vinyl monomer copolymerizable with such monomers, and (B) 99 to 70 wt.% of a noncrystalline polyethylene terephthalate resin.
