摘要

The present invention provides non-woven laminate and the production thereof . The laminate includes at least one pre-consolidated non-woven layer containi ng glass staple fibers needled with at least one thermally shrunken non-woven layer of synthetic fibers. A portion of the fibers of the upper synthetic no n- woven layer passes through the non-woven layer of glass fibers possibly through the underlying synthetic non-woven layer. The laminate contains a consolidation binder.
