PURPOSE: An apparatus for planting hair particularly useable in a hair brush is provided by forming a number of holes on a body of the brush to plant a plurality of fine hairs and a thick hair together to accomplish improved effect of caring hair regardless of various thicknesses, lengths and/or textures of hairs. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a hair collector(40); an assistant hair collector(50) at the bottom side of the collector(40); a hair provider to supply thick and fine hairs together with the collectors(40,50); a rotating plate for lowering a hair planting needle(30) and the collector(40) to make the hairs to be inserted into holes of the brush body together with the thick hair passing through a bore(41) of the collector(40). The introduced hairs are folded inside the thick hair already folded by the assistant collector(50) and planted into the holes, and securely fixed by a plain fastener(51).
