A basic body (3) is provided on a supporting structural component (2), covered by a plate-shaped unit (6). The basic body towards the cover unit has recesses (8) for accommodation of at least one heating or cooling pipe (10) with applied heat conducting lamellas (12). The recesses are at least partly laterally limited by support areas (9) of the basic body. The basic body (3) comprises mostly a heat-insulating material. The recesses are profiled. Pairs of support areas extend in both directions abutting on a pipe through passage area. |
