A computer system is for determining benefit eligibility of a patient/participant in a dental (insurance) plan by a dental care provider, for determining plan design by a dental care provider and for recording benefit utilization by a dental care provider for a patient/participant. The system comprises one or more computers, with an eligibility determining member and a service performance member. At least one computer includes participant data stored on data storage means. The eligibility determining member determines the eligibility of a participant relative to a contemplated dental procedure. A benefits utilization recordation member is capable of accepting the entry by the dental care provider of information pertaining to the utilization of benefits by way of a procedure by the dental care provider. |
