Method for the magnetization of pole pieces of a PM commutator motor and device for carrying out the same

The method involves using a magnetizing device with main magnetizing coils associated with the pole shoes by checking tolerance-affected deviation of the optimal position of the pole shoe axis (PA) w.r.t the associated brush axis (BA) and adjusting the angle of magnetization for maximum motor power. An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for implementing the method.
