PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single hand piece with several kinds of functions and to further improve handleability and treating effects. SOLUTION: A laser beam transmitted from a semiconductor laser generator 1 through a light conductor 2 is bisected into A and B. The light A is supplied through a first beam splitter 61 to solid crystal 55, the crystal 55 is excited and the laser beam C is generated. The light C is led through a second beam splitter 62 to a laser chip 58, the laser beam C is emitted from the chip 58 and laser treatment is performed. In the meantime, the laser beam B reflected by the first beam splitter 61 is reflected by reflection mirrors 63 and 64, led to the second beam splitter 62, reflected by the second beam splitter 62, multiplexed with the laser beam C generated by the solid crystal 55 and emitted.
