摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a new synthesis of a nucleic acid in a synthetic system of the nucleic acid. SOLUTION: This method for detecting a new synthesis of a nucleic acid in a nucleic acid synthetic system comprises adding a fluorescence-labeled nucleic acid monomer labeled with a donor fluorescent pigment D and a fluorescence- labeled nucleic acid monomer labeled with an acceptor fluorescent pigment A to the synthetic system of the nucleic acid, taking both of these nucleic monomers used as substrates into the nucleic acid synthetic system, inducing fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET) from the donor fluorescent pigment D closely arranged by being taken into the nucleic acid molecule to the acceptor fluorescent pigment A and detecting fluorescence based on FRET.
