PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a carbon raw material, in which an organic material can be rotated, stirred and mixed to enhance the efficiency of heating, thereby enabling the improvement in production efficiency. SOLUTION: This device for producing a carbon raw material comprises a heating oven A, a carbonization vessel B which is disposed in the heating oven and can receive or release an organic material, a rotation mechanism C for rotating the carbonization vessel, an inactive gas-replacing portion D which can replace a gas in the carbonization vessel with an inactive gas to make an oxygen-free closed atmosphere, and a carbonization heating portion E which can indirectly heat the organic material in the carbonization vessel under the oxygen-free closed atmosphere to produce the carbon raw material. |
