PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent antiallergic agent or antiallergic cosmetic which contains a safe natural product as an active ingredient and inhibits the rupture of mast cells caused by an allergic reaction on the skin effectively. SOLUTION: This allergic agent is characterized by including an extract from the fruit of plants belonging to Japanese quince as an active ingredient. The extract is from Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai, and Chaenomeles japonica, Chaenomeles lagenaria, Pseudocydonia sienensis, and the like, are also illustrated as the plants. |
