PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic instrument capable of flexibly dealing with various forms of use, (1) rapidly and simply outputting clothing and its paper pattern fit to a figure and (2) outputting an image, etc., photographed or inputted in infinitely various output forms so as to improve practicality. SOLUTION: A print seal terminal device 1 photographs a person 100 to be photographed by a CCD camera 22, automatically measures dimensions of parts of the person 100 to be photographed based on the outline of the photographed image of the person 100 to be photographed and measured data of light reflection time t detected by a light-emitting/light-receiving element group 43 arranged on side wall parts 1Ga to 1Gc and indicating, printing or cutting and outputting clothing fit to a figure or its paper pattern based on the measured dimension.
