PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid detergent composition which exhibits an excellent antifogging effect and can be used in a simple manner in homes, etc., by incorporating a polyether-modified silicone, a surfactant component at least containing an amphoteric surfactant, and a solvent, each in a specified amount, into the same. SOLUTION: This composition contains 0.05-5.0 wt.% polyether-modified silicone, 0.005-0.50 wt.% surfactant component at least containing an amphoteric surfactant, and 0.10-10.0 wt.% solvent. Preferably, the polyether-modified silicone has a number average mol.wt. of 3,000-50,000 from the viewpoint of antifogging effect and unevenness in wiping. Because of the amphoteric surfactant contained, the surfactant component provides suitable bubbling even when the composition is put into a spray container and the surfactant component enables bubbles to be easily removed even when a towel or the like is used. The solvent is not specifically limited, a suitable example being ethanol. Further incorporation of monoethanolamine into the composition can greatly improve the power of cleaning dirt due to finger marks.
