发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HEATING OF FURNACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the energy saving in a furnace while keeping the improvement of rolling efficiency and to improve the treating efficiency in a producing line as the whole body. SOLUTION: A material to be heated, changable in the order of precedence ejected from the reheating furnace, is retrieved before or after charging the material to be heated into the reheating furnace (S1). Based on this retrieved result, a rolling simultation is executed, and the combination of the order of ejections to the materials to be heated whose rolling time as the objects for heating in the reheating furnace becomes the shortest, is retrieved in the range satisfying the heating condition restriction (S2, S3). Based on this order of ejection, a predicting rolling schedule calculation to these whole materials to be heated, is executed and the individual rolling time to the material to be heated, is calculated (S4). Successively, the decision whether the rolling pitch is rate determining or not, i.e., the decision whether the rolling efficiency is higher than the heating efficiency or not, is executed (S5). When the decision is negative, the total time in the individual rolling time to the materials to be heated obtd. in (S4), is obtd. as the time stayed in the furnace, and based on this, the heating control of the reheating furnace is executed.
