PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make material degradation of a used lunch even when being thrown away as it is after a certain period of time is elapsed and allow to use as a fertilizer. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method consists of a first process for mixing a mixture, which is prepared by pouring 1/5 to 1/10 of water to a mixture consisting of 1 to 2% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3 to 0.7% of protein, 2 to 3% of the starch of sweet potato, 1 to 2% of alum, and 1 to 2% of sorbitol together with water homogeneously, a second process for charging the resulting mixture to hot water heated up to about 80 to 100 deg.C so as to knead through agitation into an impasted state and further mix 90 to 95% of cornstarch, a third process in which a prepared dough is passed through a press so as to keep a certain pressing force through a mold to be kept at 120 to 130 deg.C to mold to a desired lunch box, or the like.
