PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck adhesive paper towel for completely preventing fine hairs from inserting into a user's clothes by a simple method when the user's hair is cut at a barber shop or a beauty salon for unnecessitating using a fabric towel nor neck paper to be wrapped around the neck. SOLUTION: In this paper towel, a folded part 2 is formed by folding down the upper longer side of a rectangular molded paper towel material 1 in the total length with an appropriate width to the rear side, and an adhesive material 4 which is harmless to a human body with appropriate width and length is attached on the side along the folding edge 3 of the folded part. And a non- adhesive protection tape 6 with a cut 5 at the center is attached all over the surface of the adhesive material 4. Perforations 7 are cut in the middle of the paper towel material 1 and also perforactions 8, 9 are provided in the folded part 2.
