PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve draining of shelled eggs washed by an egg-washing device and prevent contaminated materials of the shelled eggs from be carried into each process by a transport mechanism. SOLUTION: A pushing and moving member 75 constituting a carrying mechanism 70 for transporting a shelled egg A to a washing process, a drying process, etc., and moving the shell egg A so as to apply pressure and transporting the shell egg is formed so as to have rhombic cross section. Thereby, contact area of the pushing and moving member with the shelled egg A is made small and water hole between the pushing and moving member 75 and the shelled egg A is eliminated and brushing between the pushing and moving member 75 and the shelled egg A is improved.
