PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary concrete tatami mat excellent in water resistance and heat resistance by specifying the weight rate of amorphous silica powder in a raw material in regard to the concrete raw material blending the inorganic pigment of the color of a tatami mat surface, and putting it into a form having a tatami mat surface-like minute uneven pattern on one face to be molded and manufactured. SOLUTION: A silicon rubber or the like is flowed into a real tatami mat 6 or a figured rush mat to be molded, a mold having the minute unevenness of a tatami mat surface pattern is made the bottom face part 3a of a form, and cement, sand, amorphous active silica powder and green inorganic pigment are mixed in a form 3. Then, when the amorphous active silica powder is mixed at the rate of 5-30% to the weight of cement, the surface minute unevenness of the form can be exactly transferred. Concrete kneaded by putting prescribed water into the concrete raw material is flowed into it to be molded. A concrete tatami mat 1 has a tatami mat surface pattern on a seat face, even when it is installed while Japanese style external appearance is displayed, it has durability, house tick, fungus or the like does not occur, and it is excellent in a sanitary aspect.
