PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of improving reliability of gas tightness holding performance of a partition wall parting a high pressure side delivery chamber from a low pressure side motor chamber, reducing the number of part items, and reducing assembling manhours. SOLUTION: In this scroll compressor in which a motor and a compression part are disposed in a sealed container comprising a container drum body 1a and a cover body 1b, in which a high pressure delivery chamber 11 for compression gas delivered from a delivery port 4a provided in a fixed scroll 4 is gastightly parted by a partition wall 14 from a low pressure motor chamber 2a for containing a motor, and in which a main frame for slidably supporting a rotary scroll is provided, the partition wall 14 is provided on a back surface of the fixed scroll 4 on the side of the delivery chamber 11, an outer circumferential part of the partition wall 14 is fixed to an inner circumferential part of the container drum body 1a, and a bottom surface of the partition wall 14 is tightly applied to the back surface of the fixed scroll 4.
