发明名称 PRODUCTION OF POLYESTER FIBER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyester fiber by which problems of yarn breakage tending to frequently occur when spinning a polyester with a low content of inorganic fine particles at a high speed and the high-speed spinning can efficiently and stably be carried out. SOLUTION: A mixture prepared by adding 0.03-0.30 wt.% of a polymer having a higher glass transition temperature than that of a polyester to the polyester with <=0.1 wt.% content of inorganic fine particles is melt extruded from a spinneret and the extruded filaments are then cooled to the glass transition temperature of the polyester or below and solidified once. The cooled and solidified filaments are subsequently run in an opened state and a noncontact state in a heating device at an atmospheric temperature of the glass transition temperature of the polyester or above and then taken off at >=2,500 m/min speed.
