PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow fixation to a drain pipe on a vertical/tilting wall and retrofit to a drain pipe buried in a structure by providing a soil outflow preventing mesh type filter part on the inside and providing a fixing part to be installed and fixed to a mold for the vertical/tilting wall. SOLUTION: When a drain pipe having a mesh type filter part 3 on the inside of a cylinder part 2 is installed to a mold while using a filter with a fixing material as a fixing material, the drain pipe is fixed to a mounting pipe insertion part 7 installed by means of a nail through the use of a nail hole projection part for a nail hole in the outer circumferential face of a cylindrical fixing part 1. In retrofit a drain pipe buried in a finished structure, a filter with a drain pipe fixing material, which allows complete fixation in spite of the difference of the inside diameter because of the function of a dimension regulating part 6 on the outer circumferential face of a cylindrical part 2, is used on the drain pipe inside. In this way, outflow of soil can be surely prevented and installation to a vertical/tilting wall can be carried out completely.
