PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sanitary humidified matter from being dried by providing a housing part housing a container holding the sanitary humidified matter impregnated with a liquid so as to be taken out one by one and a heating means heating the sanitary mater and forming a step isolating the container from the side wall only on the side wall of the housing part. SOLUTION: When this device is applied for a sanitary humidified matter impregnated with a liquid, a heater for wet tissue for instance, a main body case is constituted of a housing case 5 in which a wet tissue container can be contained and a detachable lid body 6 covering the upper opening of the case 5. The housing case 5 is constituted of an outer case 7 and an inner case 8 in which the wet tissue container is set. a substantially cylindrical inner peripheral wall 8b and a step 8c working as a close contact prevention means bulged out from the lower end to the inside by one step over the whole periphery are provided in the inner case 8. A heater 22 is installed at the outside face of the inner peripheral wall 8b. The temperature in the housing part 21 is kept within about 30-40 deg.C by electrifying the heater.
