PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To label a heat-sensitive label at a high bonding strength by applying an active energy ray curing type plastic coating on the external surface of a glass bottle, and fitting the heat-sensitive label on the surface-treated surface section after a surface treatment is applied on the plastic coating. SOLUTION: When a heat-sensitive label 2 is fitted on a plastic coating (a) applied on a glass bottle 1 for the protection or the decoration of the external surface, the plastic coating (a) is applied on the external surface of the glass bottle 1, and then, a surface treatment is applied on the plastic coating (a). Then, the heat-sensitive label 2 is fitted on the surface-treated section, and thus, the glass bottle having the heat-sensitive pre-label is completed. For the plastic coating (a) which is used in this case, an active energy ray curing type plastic coating or one containing a thermally curing type resin is used. As an active energy ray curing type resin, especially, an acrylic-based resin is preferable. Also, as a thermally curing type resin, an epoxy based resin and a urethane based resin or the like can be counted.
