PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly adjust the location of the center of gravity of the body of a traveling part to the ground surface when a working machine is coupled to front or rear part of an upper body for improving the front and rear stability of a body, by providing an upper body displacement means for making it possible to change the front and rear positions of an upper body relative to the frame of a traveling part. SOLUTION: An upper body traveling means B, properly controlling the location of the center of gravity of a body to the ground surface of a traveling body 1 when various working machines are coupled to the front or rear of a working vehicle for riding, makes it possible to change the front and rear positions of a slide member 31 to a side member 3 in three steps by inserting a pin 33 in an interchanging manner into three and one pin insertion holes 32 formed respectively in the slide member 31 pivoting front/rear rolling wheels 7, 8 on the right and left of the frame of the traveling part and on the side wall of the side member 3. The slide member 31 is placed forward or backward to the side member 3 with the pin 33 when a working machine is coupled forward or backward, thus it is possible to adjust the location of the center of gravity of the upper body properly.
