PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an actuator from an overheat by means of cooling by projectingly arranging blades in a part of a stay piece and generating a blow by means of the blades when the stay piece is operated in a PACHINKO (Japanese pinball game) machine having the stay piece which appears/disappears in a flow-down gutter where PACHINKO balls flow-down by means of the actuator. SOLUTION: When a solenoid 14 is excited by a command from a ball discharge controller, the pawl tip part 5 of the stay piece 4 is set-in from a through-hole 13 so that the PACHINKO balls stayed in the flow-down gutter 3 are made to flow-down and paid out. Then the excitation of the solenoid 14 is removed to recover the stay piece 4 at an original position when a ball counting sensor 27 detects a prescribed number of PACHINKO balls and the pawl tip part 5 is projected from the through-hole 13 so that the payout is stopped. In this case, the blades 7 are integrally arranged with the stay piece 4, the blades 19 and 21 are formed in a connecting member 17 or metallic fixtures 20, air inside a casing 1 is stirred when the stay piece 4 is rotated and the solenoid 14 is blown by the blow to be cooled.
