PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the height of a toilet easily adjustable corresponding to the length of a user's shank by making one of two neighboring side faces of a height adjusting plate with rectangular section abut on the bottom face of a leg and fastening by screws. SOLUTION: A toilet 3 almost in a shape of a bucket with lid is suspended by a seat suspension plate 2 bridged in between a pair of legs 1, 1. A horse shoe shape toilet seat 4 is screwed to the upper side of the toilet seat 3. The height of the upper face of the toilet seat 4 from the ground plane is, for instance, 37 cm. One through hole 91 is bored around each of both ends of the long side face of a height adjusting plate 9 with 3×5 cm rectangular cross section and two through holes 91 on the short side face. The long side face of the height adjusting plate 9 is made to abut on the bottom face of each of right and left legs 1. When male screws 8 inserted through the through holes 91 on the long side face are driven, the height between the ground plane and the seat is made to be 40 cm. When male screws 8 inserted through the short side face are driven into female holes, the height from the ground plane to the seat is adjusted to 42 cm.
