PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe having a gasket with such a good sliding property that a needle left behind in a vein by a nurse or the like can easily be detected, surely maintaining a chemical sealing property during preservation, and easily wrapped in a wrapping material needed for protecting the chemical. SOLUTION: This prefilled syringe with an outer cylinder made of resin prefilled with a chemical, comprises an outer cylinder 3 and a gasket 4 sliding within the outer cylinder, the gasket 4 being provided with a mounting part for a pusher bar and held in a condition in which the pusher bar is not mounted thereto until it is in use. An insertion hole 7 in the outer cylinder 3 for inserting the gasket 4 is liquid-tightly sealed by a lid 8. The lid 8 is either provided separably from the insertion hole 7 or formed with an openable mouth in a part thereof. |
