PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispersion composition which can enhance the dispersion stability of a particulate substance and can express good dispersion stability, by compounding the particulate substance, an acidic group-containing polymer and a basic group-containing polymer. SOLUTION: This dispersion composition is obtained by dispersing (B) a particulate substrate in (A) an organic solvent. Therein, the dispersion composition preferably further contains (C) a polymer having acidic groups (preferably carboxyl groups) and (D) a polymer having basic groups (preferably tertiary amino groups). At least one part of the components C and D is insoluble in the component A. At least one part of the component B adsorbs the components C and D. The components C and D are used in an amount of 20 to 10,000 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component B, and the component B adsorbs the components C and D. The components C and D each preferably has a number- average mol.wt. of 1,000 to 50,000. Thereby, the employment of the dispersion composition for liquid developing agents utilizing electrostatic power, for ink jetting inks, and so on, can be expected. |
