PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic composition of dielectric substance not containing environmental pollution substances such as PbO, Bi2O3, etc., capable of being baked at a low temperature even without using a glass composition, capable of forming ceramic of dielectric substance for microwave, having an extremely small variation of dielectric characteristics, no occurrence of voids between an internal conductor and a dielectric substance and no occurrence of leading-in in an external connection conductor part of the internal conductor even using Ag or an Ag alloy as the internal conductor and to provide a method for producing the ceramic composition of dielectric substance. SOLUTION: This ceramic composition of dielectric substance comprises a main component of the formula xBaO≈yNd2O3.zTiO2 (having relations of 6<=x<=23, 13<=y<=30, 64<=z<=68 and x+y+z=100), 0.1-3.0 wt.% calculated as CuO of Cu ocide, 0.1-4.0 wt.% calculated as ZnO of Zn oxide, 0.1-3.0 wt.% calculated as B2O3 of B oxide and 0.3-1.5 wt.% of Ag as subsidiary components based on the main component. |
