PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air diffusing/support member capable of easily arranging an air diffusing member horizontally and hard to receive the load of a filter bed and be hard to deform, an air diffusion device, an aerobic filter bed tank and a septic tank. SOLUTION: Both of an air diffusing member 18 and support members 19 are arranged under a filter bed and connected to each other so that the support members 19 directly support the filter bed. The air diffusing member 18 is pref. allowed to pierce through the support members 19 in a horizontal direction to be connected to the support members 19.
