PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of exhibiting excellent flexibility, low stress properties, adhesion, tackiness, etc., by including a polymer and an isocyanate-terminated isobutylene-based polymer as essential components. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a polymer (preferably a thermosetting resin, a thermoplastic resin, a thermoplastic elastomer or a rubber), (B) a hydroxyl group-terminated isobutylene-based polymer and/or an isocyanate- terminated isobutylene-based polymer obtained by reacting the hydroxyl group- terminated isobutylene-based polymer with a polyisocyanate compound as essential components (with the proviso that the component B is not included in the component A). The component B in an amount of preferably 0.1-100 pts.wt., more preferably 1-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A is contained. The objective composition can be prepared by including 1-50 pts.wt. of the component B, (C) 10-150 pts.wt. of a tackifier and (D) 10-150 pts.wt. of a plasticizer in 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
