SOLUTION: A region partitioned by two straight lines including a normal of a trunnion is made into a load working region by drawing the two straight lines at an angle of±αagainst the normal (standard line L) of the trunnion drawn from a center of an inside roller 23 at the time when a total contact angle by frictional resistance and whirling of the inside roller 23 is specified asα. Thereafter, in the case when an angle which a line connecting an outer peripheral surface center of an inside roller 23 and an edge of an outer peripheral surface 21 makes with the standard line L is specified asβ1, an angle which a line connecting an inner peripheral surface center of an outside roller 25 and an edge of an inner peripheral surface 27 makes with the standard line L is specified asβ2 and an angle which a line connecting the inner peripheral surface center of the outside roller 25 and an edge of a rolling surface 29 makes with the standard line L is specified asβ3, each of the anglesβ1,β2 andβ3 is made larger thanα, and outer edges of the inside and outside rollers 23, 25 are positioned out of the load working region.
