PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat with high accuracy and to improve productivity. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a housing part 10 housing a coating material inside, an opening part 11 for discharging the coating material housed in the housing part 10, a pair of scrapers 13 arranged at both sides in the vicinity of the opening part to be adjacent to or contact with a surface to be coated at the tip, a coating rotary body 7 arranged rotatably in the housing part 10 and a coating material supply means 6 for supplying the coating material to the housing part. A stop valve 20 is provided at the connecting part between the housing part 10 and the coating material supply means 6. |
