PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect change of solute concentration or the like even if various kinds of solutes are contained, and they are unknown. SOLUTION: A takeout apparatus 1 comprises a container 2, a take-out water feed means 3, a filter 4 through which ice particles which blocks the outlet side of the container 2 is not passed, but the takeout water and a takeout substance are passed, a collecting pipeline 5 wherein the takeout water and the takeout substance which pass through the filter 4 are collected and taken out from a takeout line 5A, and a suction pump 6 which sucks the liquid content in the container 2 through the collecting pipeline 5 and the filter 4. In the apparatus 1, a temperature sensor 7 for takeout water having been circulated, and a controller 8 for control of the suction pump 6 based on a temperature value obtained from the detection result, are provided. The controller 8, when a temperature measured result is changed to 0 deg.C from a minus temperature, the suction pump 6 is changed from ON to OFF, and the takeout is finished.
