PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently take out inter-particle substance of a solid particle aggregate. SOLUTION: A takeout apparatus 1 comprises a cylindrical filling container 2 arranged vertically, a cooling pipeline 3 buried in a wall part so that almost entire wall part 2W can be cooled, a filter 4 which blocks an outlet side of the filling container 2, not allowing ice particle to pass through, but allowing takeout water and takeout substance to pass through, and a collecting pipeline 5 for collecting the takeout water and the takeout substance which pass through the filter 4. The takeout water W passing through a clearance S between an inner face 2n of the container and an outer face 10s of an ice particle aggregate through a container wall part 2W is cooled by distributing cold water in the cooling pipeline 3 always or at proper times during takeout, and passing resistance of the takeout water W in the clearance S is allowed to approach at least the passing resistance of the takeout water between particles of the ice particle aggregate 10. Thereby, the passing of the takeout water inside and outside the ice particle aggregate 10 is uniformized, and efficient takeout can be carried out.
